About

Sombrero Toss is a satirical arcade-style game where you throw sombreros at Washington DC moles popping up from holes. Your goal is to score by landing successful throws on DEMS (Democrats) while avoiding the GOP (Republicans). Victory comes when all six DEMs have sombreros!

The game features risk/reward mechanics: safer throws keep you alive, while aggressive throws build score faster. Can you master the rhythm and achieve a perfect run?

This game is fictional parody. It doesn't depict any real person, per se.

How to Play

Tap Play to open the game window (it opens as an overlay on this page).

Aim your toss. Swipe/Click and Drag to throw.

Score points by landing the sombrero cleanly on the DEMs.

Misses are part of the fun.

Tips

Small, controlled moves beat big heroic swipes.

If you're on mobile, keep your movements short.

Watch the landing zone—most "robbed" throws were just… ambitious.

Scoring

The quicker you snag the DEMs, the quicker you earn points. Successfully hitting a DEM mole freezes them and increases your score. Hitting a GOP mole ends your game immediately.

Toss your sombrero onto the DEMOCRATS (Pelosi, Schumer, AOC, Kamala, Jeffries & Warren). Avoid tossing onto the GOP (Trump, Melania, Vance, RFK, Bondi, Kash).

The Satire, in Plain English

This game pokes fun at:

It does not target regular people, and it's not trying to be "news." It's a cartoon. About throwing sombreros. Relax.
